Returns
If you are a Consumer or a Solopreneur (in relation to goods you bought without connection with your business or profession), you may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. If you do so, we will return all payments received from you.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration. To cancel your purchase, inform us of your decision using the model withdrawal form or by filling out the return form available below (this will speed up the processing of your request).
If you decide to make a return, please fill in the return form below and then send the product to us: Data Legal Solutions sp. z o.o., 5 Obrzeżnej St. in Warsaw (02-691). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the consumer will only bear the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller
Remember also that you are liable for any diminution in the value of the product resulting from the use of the product beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
NOTE!
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
the provision of services, if we have performed the service in full with your express consent;
in which the subject of the provision is a non-refabricated item, produced to your specifications or serving to meet your individualized needs. In particular, this applies to services of model customization including resizing, custom printing or other modifications.

Complaints
We consider a complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. A response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address you provided. If we do not respond to your request as to the demands within 14 days, it means that we have recognized the demands as justified. The time limit may be extended if, the data or information provided by you need to be supplemented, even before we process the complaint and deliver the advertised item to us. However, we will ask you to supplement them within the time limit indicated above.
When filing a claim, you should deliver the defective item to us in order to allow us to examine the item and take a position on the legitimacy of the claim or statement made. Do not send the claimed goods yourself, but wait for our contact.
If the complaint is accepted. The defect-free product is sent back to you at our expense.
You have the right to demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract, unless we immediately and without undue inconvenience replace the defective product with a defect-free one. This limitation does not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired by us.
